Oklahoma gas prices have risen 5.0 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.00/g today, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 2,294 stations. Gas prices in Oklahoma are 15.3 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 25.0 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.

As a glass-half-full kind of person, I’m of the opinion that at least we (somewhat) survived and have 2020 behind us. It certainly had its share of challenges that are still lingering and it’s pretty clear we could all use a fresh start.

Lunchtime Learning Sessions Announced for 2021

The Blaine County OSU Extension Center will be offering Lunchtime Learning Sessions once a month in each county for the new year. Sessions will be held from noon to 1 p.m. at the Watonga Library in Blaine County.

City of Watonga Changes to Municipal Government

Body
On June 11, 2019 the Citizens of Watonga voted to approve the transition in the form of government, from an aldermanic form of government to a council-manager form of government. Since then, the current City Council has worked to prepare for this transition.
