Tax Revenues Climb in April

The City of Geary (Blaine and Canadian Counties combined) saw around an $17,387.33 increase in sales tax revenue and net taxable sales for the month of April, according to an


Oklahoma Tax Comm i s s i o n (OTC) report rel e a s e d earlier this week. The April distribution of sales tax collections by the Oklahoma Tax Commission primarily represents local tax receipts from February business. Companies that remit more than $2,500 monthly in sales tax receipts are required to file and pay electronically. The monies they reported this period represent sales from February 16 to February 28 and estimated sales from March 1 to March 15.
