Wheat Harvest Season Comes to an End

Being on the downhill slide of summer, now in July, canola and wheat harvest has officially ended for the Watonga area.

It was a difficult year with the rains when people were trying to cut the wheat. But regardless of the heavy rains and other obstacles it was a bountiful year for the Watonga area.

The yields of the crops were at respectable numbers, wheat was ~36 bpa, and canola was ~23 bpa.
