Thousands Raised at Fundraiser in Geary for Greg Hale and Family

Around 150 people came to support Greg Hale at a fundraiser on Saturday, July 8, inside the Geary Community Center.

Hale, a 1989 Geary Graduate, was diagnosed with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), which forced his hand in getting a liver transplant on June 11.

“He’s feeling great, and he enjoyed the day very much getting to see everybody,” said Crystal Briscoe, Hale’s half-sister.
